Orange Cream Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 peeled bananas, sliced
- 1 peeled apple, cored and sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add in and combine the milk, orange juice and pudding mix. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes on medium speed using a an electric mixer. Mix in the sour cream.
2. In a large bowl, add in the bananas, apples, pineapples, peaches and mandarin oranges. Slowly pour in the orange mixture earlier and mix everything well.
3. Cover the bowl and let it refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
