Cranberry Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 bags (12 oz) fresh cranberries
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapples, drained
- 1 bag (7 oz) miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, add in the fresh cranberries and coarsely chop them.
2. Transfer the chopped cranberries into a bowl and mix in the sugar.
3. Cover the bowl and let it refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
4. Add in the pineapples and pecans into the bowl.
5. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff.
6. Fold in the whipped cream and marshmallows and refrigerate it for 2 hours before serving.
