Coconut Salad Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups coconut, shredded
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries



Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, add in the coconut, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows, milk and whipped topping. Combine and mix everything well.


2. Let it chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
